We are a specialized design and organization consultancy focused exclusively on creating balanced Scandinavian kitchen spaces. Our approach combines architectural design principles with practical organization systems to create kitchens that are both beautiful and highly functional.
Where are you located?
Our studio is located at 10 Strandvägen in Stockholm, Sweden. We primarily serve clients throughout Sweden, though we offer video consultations for international clients interested in our organizational programs.
Do I need to have a Nordic-style kitchen already?
Not at all. Our organizational programs can be implemented in any kitchen style. While we specialize in Scandinavian aesthetics, the principles of spatial zoning, container systems, and drawer layouts work universally. We adapt our approach to complement your existing kitchen design.
Programs & Services
How long does a typical project take?
Project timelines vary depending on which programs you choose. A single program like drawer layouts can be completed in 1-2 days, while a comprehensive solution involving multiple programs typically takes 1-2 weeks. This includes planning, shopping for organizational materials, and implementation.
Can I implement your recommendations myself?
Yes. After your consultation, you'll receive detailed recommendations and implementation guides. Many clients choose to implement changes themselves, while others prefer our hands-on assistance. We're flexible and can provide as much or as little direct involvement as you need.
What's included in the seasonal reset program?
The seasonal reset program includes quarterly visits (four per year) where we help you reorganize your kitchen for the changing season. This includes pantry rotation, deep cleaning guidance, storage reassessment, and adjustments to accommodate seasonal cooking patterns and ingredients.
Do you sell containers and organizational products?
We don't sell products directly, but we provide specific recommendations for containers, dividers, and organizational materials that align with Scandinavian design principles. We can assist with sourcing these items or provide you with a detailed shopping list to purchase independently.
Pricing & Investment
How much do your services cost?
Pricing varies depending on the program and scope of work. Initial consultations are 1,500 SEK. Individual programs start at 8,000 SEK, while comprehensive solutions typically range from 20,000-35,000 SEK. We provide detailed pricing after your initial consultation based on your specific needs.
Is the initial consultation fee applied to program costs?
Yes. If you proceed with any of our programs within 30 days of your consultation, the consultation fee is fully credited toward your program investment.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we offer flexible payment plans for comprehensive programs. Details are discussed during your consultation based on your specific project scope.
Process & Logistics
What should I do to prepare for my consultation?
Take photos of your kitchen from multiple angles, including inside cabinets and drawers. Think about your cooking routines and what frustrates you about your current setup. If you have measurements of your kitchen space, that's helpful but not required.
Do you work with renters or only homeowners?
We work with both renters and homeowners. Our organizational programs don't require permanent modifications to your kitchen, making them perfect for rental situations. We focus on portable solutions that you can take with you when you move.
How quickly can I schedule a consultation?
We typically have availability within 1-2 weeks. During busy seasons (autumn and early spring), there may be a slightly longer wait. We recommend booking as far in advance as possible to secure your preferred date and time.
